How the Embroidery Process Works
Â1 - Send Your Logo or Idea
ÂSend your logo, design, name, or idea. If you already have a file, that helps. If not, we can usually help figure out the best starting point.
Â2 - We Review the Design
ÂNot every image is ready for embroidery as-is. Small letters, thin lines, tiny details, gradients, and shadows may need to be adjusted so they stitch cleanly.
  Â3 - Digitizing Setup
ÂEmbroidery machines need a special stitch file. If your design has not been digitized before, there may be a one-time digitizing setup fee.
  Â4 - Approval
ÂBefore stitching your order, we’ll review placement, size, thread colors, and design details with you.
  Â5 - Stitching & Pickup
ÂOnce approved, your items are embroidered and prepared for pickup, delivery, or shipping when available.
  ÂImportant Notes About Embroidery
ÂEmbroidery is different from printing. Very small lettering, thin lines, gradients, shadows, and tiny details may need to be simplified or adjusted so the final stitched design looks clean and readable.
ÂIf your logo has small text or fine details, we may recommend a slightly simplified embroidery version. That is normal and often gives a much better final result on polos, hats, and left-chest designs.
ÂEmbroidery Pricing
ÂPricing depends on the item, design size, stitch count, quantity, and whether digitizing is needed. Once your design is digitized, it can usually be reused for future orders.

Custom Embroidery FAQs
ÂDo I need an embroidery file?
No. If you only have a PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other logo file, we can review it and let you know what is needed. Most designs must be digitized before they can be embroidered. Â
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into an embroidery stitch file. It controls stitch direction, thread changes, density, and how the design will sew onto the item. Â
Can I provide my own shirts or hats?
Yes, in many cases you can provide your own items. We can also help source apparel if you want options for polos, hats, jackets, bags, or uniforms. Â
Can every logo be embroidered?
Most logos can be embroidered, but some need adjustments. Very small details, thin lines, gradients, or tiny lettering may need to be simplified or thickened for the best stitched result. Â
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. We can help with one-off custom items, small batches, and larger orders for businesses, schools, teams, and organizations.Â
